Lola Falore is Co-Owner of Cobhams Builders, bringing a powerful blend of clinical precision, executive leadership, and advanced real estate investment strategy into the luxury construction and development space.
A Critical Care Nurse with over 25 years of experience, Lola has spent decades operating in high-pressure environments where accuracy, risk management, and disciplined decision-making are non-negotiable. She is also the owner of a successful Home Health Care agency in Phoenix, Arizona, which has been operating for over 17 years. Leading that organization has strengthened her expertise in executive consultation, large-scale management, compliance oversight, financial structuring, and operational systems development.
These same disciplines now define her leadership at Cobhams Builders.
Lola plays a strategic role in:

Beyond construction, Lola is also a Real Estate Coach and Mentor with a growing network of mentees across the country. Layi Falore (Mike) is Co-Owner of Cobhams Builders, a Licensed General Contractor, luxury home builder, and visionary designer known for exceptional craftsmanship and intentional design.
Originally trained and experienced as a nurse, Layi later transitioned fully into his passion for real estate and construction — bringing with him the same discipline, structure, and attention to detail that defined his healthcare career. He also co-owns a successful healthcare business in Arizona, working alongside multiple government agencies and maintaining strong operational and compliance standards.
His foundation in healthcare strengthened his ability to:
• Lead with precision and accountability
• Manage complex systems and teams
• Maintain regulatory and structural integrity
• Execute with discipline and consistency
However, his true creative strength lies in home design and functional floor planning.
Layi is meticulously skilled in:
